Email issues
If anyone has had problems receiving emails from us, either activation codes, or new passwords, do not hesitate to email us directly with any questions.
Here are a couple of tips to make sure you get our emails:
1. This may seem obvious, but I've been getting a lot of "Mail not deliverable" issues because the email account do not resolve, so make sure you type your email address correctly when you register.
2. Take a minute to check the spam folder, since the emails may end up there.
3. If you still have issues getting emails, send us an email directly to : support [at] theanimegallery -dot- com
I would add "write on the forums", but if you cannot activate your account or reset your password, that may be a bit hard...
