2010 Demographics Survey!
Hello everyone,
We just posted a small survey (7 questions) on the site, to get a better idea of the type of users that come around theAnimeGallery.com and that way see what things we might decide to add in the future or change.I don't know if the results would be much different from what we guess that our demographics is, but you never know, so that is why we have decided to have this survey and see what we get.Take the SurveyAs you will see, the questions are personal questions, but be assured that the survey is 100% anonymous. None of the responses are related to your user id, or your IP. The only thing we do is store in a different place, who has taken the survey, so that we don't get multiple responses from the same person, but that small identifiable information is not linked to your responses in any way.Another question you may have is why we don't ask about your country of origin, or language, and the answer is pretty simple: We already get that information from google analytics, which records where people are connecting the site from and saves all the information neatly. That is where we got our year in review data, so we don't need that information.Please, if you have a few minutes to spare, fill out the survey.We will probably show some results based on what we get. I'm mostly interested about what age group and what ratio of Male vs Female visitors we get. I'm thinking it is going to be a very young audience, and mostly male, but I wouldn't be surprised if the results are not as one sided as most "estimates" say.Thanks!
