also id like an easier to get to link for the admin module...now that our email convo is so old its getting to be a bit of a pain to find. maybe a link on our profile or even on the main site (as long as you have to re-log in or something to access it)

Although, if you think about it, is not that hard... just add moderator to the site and off you go I changed the way the pages work a long time ago to remove any .php or query info ?image_id=xxxx so that links were easier to remember...

Hey IGC, since when people upload images one at a time and the action is time consuming, can you make a bulk uploader module?? Since it takes too long to upload images one at a time...

Great Suggestion, Buddy! I find it a bit time consuming myself; please IGC, could you consider a multiple upload module!

i suggested that a while ago...the problem was getting unique names for each image and, to a lesser extent, different sections for the images in one upload. it would be easy to just randomly upload a bunch of images at once, but that would make more work for us mods. and we know how painful it is to validate images that need multiple corrections.

i also mentioned something like photobucket, but they dont bother with the names of the images because they dont have to be as organized or professional as we do. they are just a mass image storage site.

Yeap, for the long time users, the bulk upload would be useful, because they know how the site works and would know to upload only wallpapers at a time, and give proper names, the problem is that we also get a lot of images from new users, and they would just UPLOAD a bunch of images, all at once to the same place although they are from different categories...

In fact, the system right now helps a little bit. Once you are done with an upload, you can always pick "Upload another wallpaper to the same series" and all you need to do is add Name, Author, Description and Adult content.. so that saves a bunch of time right there...

If I can find some good java/flash uploader for multiple images I would use it, but right now there is nothing out there that works great for big images...
