Update

New uploads page everyone!
I have redesigned and reworked the upload section, I believe that it will now allow for faster uploads and less validation work for the mods.
The new system grabs the file information and narrows the section options based on dimensions and resolutions, it also does some error checking to prevent image titles being equal to the series names, compares the hash to avoid exact duplicates, as well as checking the images on the queue so that there are no duplicates there either.

The only caveat is that for the images on the queue right now (around 1650), the duplicate checking is not available, so if you upload an image right now that is already on the queue, it will not catch it as a duplicate, but if you upload one image today, and the same one in two days, the system knows that the image is in the queue already and will not let you upload.

It looks very good IGC, but can you give there "uploud another image for this serie". It will speed up the uploud.
(edit) And when you go from serie gallery (wallpapers, artbooks) the serie might be selected as default.

Update

Yet another module finished! (I'm on a roll lately...)
The new series pages are finished and available to everyone.
In the new page, we have included a small information section that may included any information about the series (editable by mods only) and a little image preview.
It also contains a cleaner listing of the different categories available, as well as preview of the latest images uploaded for the given series.

At the moment we have information for only 13 series, but I'm sure that the mods will be adding more information pretty quickly (our mods rock!!)

Now that the mods tasks also include image editing and adding series information, I will probably be looking to add another couple of mods to the site, if anyone is interested, please let me know. As always, you need to have contributed to the site for a while to even be considered...

sounds good, just that for the series information we need to quote our sources to avoid copyright issues or w/e.

Yeap, that's fine... while I was testing it I did not do it... but we should add that.
