I didn't know what it was either, but it looks cool... a bit distracting having images on the browser's toolbars, but it's like a background for your firefox!

How do you use it?

Search for Firefox Personas on Google. You will download the extension and once it is installed you have several ways to change the background...
You can visit the Personas site, or use the "Tools" -> "Personas" menu or on the status bar on the left corner, you will see the Personas icon that shows a popup menu when clicked.

You goto Personas in the lower left corner
Click the Fox
Goto Preferences
Create your own personal one
Click the name of the Personal Persona
Then Click Edit
