i don´t exactly understand what you mean, but you can order series:

I think the second capture Nujin posted (if you scroll to the right) shows what you wanted.

Since the site is a gallery of images, the rating for the series is based on the rating of the images (average). I think that adding another score to rate the series itself, would confuse people.
