Hello everyone, I just finished creating the new News module, which is more complete that the old one, allowing browsing of all news and member comments.
The latest news will be presented in the front page of the site and links to all the news will be available in the news section.

Also, I have updated the profile pages for the users, they now show more complete stats about each one, with badges and a view of the latest items uploaded by them.
The badges are awarded depending on the statistics. Right now there are only a few of them, but there will be more when I create the Forum and a couple more things.
Also, right now the badges only show text saying what your status is, but I would like to have actual badges or images that represent the different levels... so if anyone is interested in creating those... please let me know.

I will posting a new poll this week asking if you guys would like to have personal pages and blog pages...
I thought of that the other day, and it will work similar to this news section, but each user would have their own page, where they will be able to add blog entries and talk about whatever they want.
So, just leave a comment, send me an email or vote when I post the poll regarding this issue.
