As I promised a few months ago, I have finally created and run the script to create the multiple resolution wallpapers for the older images on the site.
The script has been running for a few hours (we have a ton of images) but I am happy to say that it has finished and we now have multiple resolutions for all the wallpapers on the site that permit it.

This also includes an increased amount of netbook resolution wallpapers. For those of you using Anime Cyclone, you should see a big jump on the number of wallpapers available.

You can see that increase just by looking at the stats on the front page, where we have gone from 24Gb of data to 29Gb. As the wallpaper count goes, we have almost 13,000 unique wallpapers and almost 30,000 variations. That means that each wallpaper has an average of almost 4 available resolutions, the original and 3 derived from it. Which makes the wallpaper total count almost 43,000.

The script also helped find several wallpapers that were lost during the couple server moves, so I have deactivated those until I fix them. That explains why we have gone from having over 13,000 unique wallpapers, to less than 13,000... but we will be up there again in no time. Don't worry.

If you find any issues with the new resolutions, or think that we left out any major resolution that is widely use, let us know because we can re-run the script with the requested additions and that way make the site more complete.
This also goes for possible Aspect Ratios that we might have left out.
