To Heart 2 (トゥハート２, Tu Hāto 2?) is a Japanese visual novel developed by Leaf and released on December 28, 2004 for the PlayStation 2 as a sequel to their earlier title To Heart. An adult version of the game was later first released on December 9, 2008 for the PC, with the additions of hentai scenes and minigames. The gameplay in To Heart 2 follows a linear plot line, which offers pre-determined scenarios and courses of interaction, and focuses on the appeal of the ten female main characters. A sequel to the game, entitled To Heart 2: Another Days, was released on February 29, 2008 for the PC.

To Heart 2 has made several transitions to other media. An anime adaptation based on the visual novel was produced by Oriental Light and Magic and aired in Japan between October 3, 2005 and January 2, 2006. It was followed by two original video animation series produced by Aquaplus. The first OVA series, based on the visual novel, was released on three DVDs between February 28, 2007 and September 28, 2007. The second OVA series, based on Another Days, was released on two DVDs between March 26, 2008 and August 8, 2008. Two manga series, thirteen manga anthologies, two drama CDs and one novel adaptation based on To Heart 2 have also been produced.
